Spring Grove Assisted Living prides itself on being a family-run business. It is owned by Carol Nerstad and her children and their families, JC and Darla Nerstad and Nikki and Brent Kimmerle. Carol is now retired from her managerial duties and Nikki is the RN who manages the health needs of the residents.

We have 24 hour trained staff on site to assist our residents 24 hours per day. We have 20 apartments with 3 different sizes. We offer a wide range of services for those who need them such as: assistance with medication set up or administration, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting or even simple wound care. We can also escort you to your doctor or therapy appointments if you receive your care at the Gundersen Spring Grove Clinic. All of those who reside at Spring Grove Assisted Living receive weekly laundry and housekeeping. They also receive 2-3 meals per day and snacks. We offer many activities including bingo, music, outings, playing cards and church services.
